At Snedker Dupont, we place great emphasis on transparency and security throughout the customer journey. That is why we have a clear and fair return and refund policy that takes into account both the nature of our handmade furniture and your rights as a consumer.

Right of withdrawal – upon delivery and approval of the table

Upon delivery, you as the customer will review the table with us. Only when you have personally approved the table and confirmed that it meets your expectations without any defects or damage will the purchase be considered final.

After your approval, we will send an invoice with a 3-day payment deadline.

If, contrary to expectations, the table does not meet the agreed specifications, or damage has occurred during transport, we will of course take the table back free of charge.

Right of withdrawal and approval upon delivery

Upon delivery, we will review the furniture with you to ensure that it meets your expectations. We will also check for any damage that may have occurred during transport. Only when you have approved the furniture on site will the delivery be considered completed and the purchase final.

After your approval, we will send you an invoice with a 3-day payment deadline.

Should damage be discovered unexpectedly that was not noticed upon delivery, this must be reported to us in writing no later than within the same 3 days after delivery. We will of course handle the matter and take the furniture back free of charge if the damage can be related to delivery or production.

Payment and security

With us, payment is only made after delivery and acceptance of the product. Invoices are sent and must be paid no later than 3 business days after delivery, and payment can be made via:

  • Bank transfer (information appears on the invoice)

  • MobilePay

  • Other agreed payment methods

We believe in trust and transparency – and give you time and peace of mind to ensure that everything is in order before the payment is made.

Returns in case of damage or error

If the table does not meet the agreed upon delivery, or if damage has occurred during transport, we will of course take the table back immediately. You therefore do not have to worry about further handling or hassle.
