Delivery and payment policy
With Carpenter Dupont We offer free delivery throughout Denmark - regardless of zip code.
We not only ensure that your furniture is delivered safely, but also that it is carried in and placed where you want it. Our goal is to create a safe and complete experience from ordering to the finished result in your home or business.
Delivery times are agreed individually, and you will be contacted well in advance so you can plan your delivery. We only work with experienced and reliable transport partners who handle each piece of furniture with respect and care.
Secure payment after delivery
We believe in trust and transparency. That's why we charge payment only after delivery – when the furniture has been delivered, carried in and set up in your desired location.
We will then send you an invoice within 3 business days. This must be paid no later than the date stated on the invoice.

You can choose to pay via:
- Bank transfer (account number appears on the invoice)
- Other agreed payment methods
