These terms of service apply to all purchases and deliveries made via snedkerdupont.dk and between the customer and:

1. Products and services
Joiner Dupont manufactures and sells handmade furniture, including plank tables and custom-made solutions in wood and epoxy. All products are made by hand and with natural materials, making each piece unique.
2. Order and order confirmation
When you order a product via the webshop or directly via email/phone, you will receive an order confirmation with information about the product, delivery and expected timeframe. The order is considered binding once you have approved the order confirmation.
3. Delivery
The furniture is delivered directly to the customer's address, carried in and set up at the desired location. Delivery time is agreed individually, and we provide regular information about the status of the order.
4. Payment
Payment is only made after delivery. The customer receives an invoice and must pay within 3 business days after the table has been delivered and set up. The invoice is paid via bank transfer or other payment services.
This model ensures security and trust throughout the customer journey.
5. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing custom-made furniture and made-to-order items, the normal 14-day right of withdrawal is waived, cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, section 18, subsection 2, no. 3.
We produce each piece of furniture specifically for the individual customer and therefore cannot accept returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Right of complaint
You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sales Act. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. If there are defects or deficiencies, these will be corrected at no cost to the customer, provided the complaint is justified.
7. Responsibility
Snedker Dupont assumes no liability for indirect losses, operating losses or other consequential financial losses.
Products made from solid wood will naturally change in appearance and structure over time. This is not a cause for complaint, but part of the nature of the product.
8. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable law and venue
Any dispute between the customer and Snedker Dupont will be settled according to Danish law and by Danish courts.
